Had my vehicle inspected for UBER driving. When I submitted it to Uber they didn't accept it because my registration was showing 4 seats. When I told ASAP about my problem they sorted it out for me with TMR and it was adjusted at no extra costs. Thanks very much Trent

So it’s the 30th of Dec and I’ve sold my car. Didn’t think I would have any chance of getting a roadworthy being the holidays. Booked in the morning and done the same day. Communication was good and I was able to track my tech when he was on his way. Really happy! Thanks Guys!!

Booked in for a RWC at 8:30, and then they told me that they needed to push it to later in the morning. Said we had to go somewhere and if we could move to 1pm, they agreed. Called 30mins before 1pm and said they couldn't do it today, but they could do the weekend. And out of the goodness of their heart, they will waive the weekend surcharge. Avoid this company at all costs. Super unorganised and will waste your time!

Pathetic. Wasted my time and money. No customer service skills. . Had Road worthy because I thought it was the other ASAP mobile mechanic in Nerang. I think they are getting business due to their competitors good reputation. Anyway. I got report on Roadworthy. Said Oil leak.. nothing else said. I was not there during the Roadworthy inspection. Send email to query report. Regarding Oil Leak. Where is the leak? How much to fix etc..any feedback would have been good. No response. Now my two weeks is up so i have to pay for another road worthy. Taken vehicle to two other mechanical workshop. No oil leak can be found.

The technician I had come to do my Horse Float inspection was on time and really friendly & courteous. He conducted his inspection in a professional and friendly manner & explained the repairs I needed to have done, & also informed me of helpful tips to have these completed. Really happy with my experience with ASAP MOBILE ROADWORTHY. and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. The Administration staff that set up the appointment were always more than friendly & helpful on all levels of the process.Many thanks.
