I have a $3.5k Thermann TIHP300 Heat Pump installed in 2017. Highly energy efficient and a supposedly reliable product made in Germany. Well 4 months out of warranty (5y) it fails to deliver hot water in cold temperatures, and high demand times. So much for making a reliable product!
