10/10 recommend Dr Ed at Golden Plains, he’s a kind and understanding doctor that has amazing knowledge and made me feel really heard and listened to over the past years seeing him. He doesn’t dismiss you and takes the time to really ask questions and listens. He doesn’t just hand scripts without asking questions like I’ve noticed from other clinics doctors. His empathy, knowledge and understanding! I unfortunately moved away from Bannockburn and tried to find new doctors closer to my area and all of them barely asked questions or helped me feel heard through the pain of having a disease and mental health issues. After many discouraging appointments, I decided the trip to Bannockburn to see Dr Ed was worth it. And it is surely is! I had one appointment back after being two years of not going and instantly I was heard, cared for and helped and a day later after my appointment- I’m already feeling a little better mentally (from feeling heard) and physically (gave me right medication) when it’s been months of pain. I think finding a doctor who values your questions and actually wants to help especially with a autoimmune disease/general health is really important for anyone and I can’t recommend Dr Ed enough!!Also the receptionist staff are always really helpful and friendly which also makes you feel so welcomed and cared for too when walking through the door!

These doctors are unlike any others I've ever come across. They listen, are extremely thorough, and always take exceptional care of me and my family. They never rush you out of the room, they talk through any issues or questions you have thoroughly, and they genuinely care! Even going so far as to organise a follow up phone call to see how we are all doing...that is simply unheard of in my experience. Outstanding - thankyou for providing such a lovely and much needed service to the area.

Excellent Practice. Love the Crucifix (chapel like area).Dr Priyanthi is caring and thorough, ensuring excellence in diagnosis. Nurse Nicole (Alia’s Eric) is a laugh a minute whilst being professional and caring.Indeed, I cannot fault any of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble.I have referred other friends to the Practice and they are very happy.

Dr Gurgius is extremely thorough and very polite, he listens to you and always strives to provide the most professional care to find a solution. Thank you to Dr Gurgius, nurses and ladies on reception at the clinic.

Excellent care, and the online booking service is a god send! Happy patient here, wouldn't take my family anywhere else.

I was so happy with my appointment to get all my issues resolved including cleaning my ears so i can hear again.Instead of making me comeback DR Nisha took the time to help me and I'm very grateful to her well done team you guys do have a great working system.Regards Andrew McKee

Friendly reception and have had one good experience with a female doctor there. However last week when I went in and saw a male doctor I felt ridiculously rushed and barely checked over. He was very quick to dish out antibiotics and send me on my way. No temp check, no blood pressure check, barely any discussion of symptoms. I have since spent four days in bed with night sweats and body aches. Antibiotics did nothing.

If you enjoy a doctor who can't speak English and barely hold a toothbrush you should enjoy it..If you can go anywhere else, I advise it making a trip to Geelong. Meeting people as rude and as terrible made me want to move back.

Had an an appt on Monday only to realise, today, Wednesday, that I forgot to ask for a repeat script. I called to request this script and explained I was only there two days ago. I was told that I had to book another consult!...I questioned this and escalated my request and was contacted later in the day reaffirming I had to book another appt..obviously absolutely no common sense at this clinic, none at all!!....it's all about boosting consults for Medicare rebates instead, not about meeting a patient's needs!!!.....WOW..just read below response, what lies you tell...you DID NOT or nobody at your clinic advised me to go to another doctor, I TOLD YOU I was going to another doctor...you were not doing any favours doing things for free, it's Medicare, I pay a levy, nothing is free so that comment is laughable....there is no legality in regards to doing scripts over the phone either, that is also not true, many practices will write a script so your comment is laughable also! I was seen at your practice two days prior and even had a blood pressure check, the appropriate check for a script for my medication, so to not write a script due to me forgetting at a recent appointment is bad practice...stop telling untruths!...as for trying to defame you, laughable. You chose to have your practice partake in Google Review so that's what I am doing, writing a review!
