I spent every sunny warm day on this little stretch of sand. Can't remember how many games of Beach Cricket we played on the Sand Banks at low tide. Back then It was known as the Leonard St Boat Ramp. Probably because it had one. On very still nights we'd occasionally go Floundering. Great spot for a Family with young children. BYO Toilet but.

Nice clean beach, great for kids when the tides low.. and a quiet spot if you are dropping in your boats or jet skis. Big tip would be walk down or park in the side streets as parking is a pain around here.

I love Capel sound and the surrounds, such a calm space, great for little kids to splash about and no need to helicopter parent them either as the waves and water depth poses little danger to them.

Most amazing beach I’ve been in peninsula. Can’t believe after 7 years travelling around this area is often never saw this gem before the water it’s delicious very beautiful turquoise water and clean

Great for kids to swim in the shallow waters of White beach! The water is crystal clear and free of plastic rubbish! More car parking is needed for the Summer season!

Beautiful clear water and peaceful, it’s always less crowded than other beaches in the area. There’s no facilities like showers, toilets or restaurants

A beautiful stretch of narrow sand with expansive shallow waters that stretches out for hundreds of metres into the Bay.Very family friendly beach, although at times has too many dog walkers.
