Nice, clean, basic rooms, with ensuite, small bar fridge, TV, microwave and tea/coffee provisions.Breakfast delivered if requested (we had perfectly cooked poached eggs and bacon - delicious!)Rooms are serviced daily. Pool and BBQ facilities looked inviting, but weather was against us that weekend.Nice and close to shopping centre in Waurn Ponds, yet, lovely and quiet, with a Country" feel.We enjoyed our stay!"

The owners were very lovely people very helpful, service was brilliant room clean everyday and bed made and clean towels everyday. They have solar heated pool and barbque.

This motel will do if you need to. It seemed clean which is pretty much the only positive. The place is incredibly hard to find at night. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable as are the pillows. The showers are small with a very tiny door to get through and the taps are finicky to get the right temperature. Our mini bar wasn't stocked with the items it advised they were and when we told the manager she said she knows they don't stock with those items anymore. Our TV stopped working and it seemed an effort for her to fix it. We ended up checking out early and getting a room elsewhere. It was worth our sleep to lose the nights room fee.

Hosts Shane and Jodie are the most helpful and friendly motel keepers I've ever met. Set in a quiet spot, rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing for a few days stay to visit family. 5 minute drive to a pub, cafes and restos at shopping centre. I'll be back.

Everything was spotless and tidy, room was the perfect size for a one night stay and had everything needed for eating in which is fabulous. Comfortable bed and very quiet all night, had a wonderful night's sleep! Would return!

Need time away so I booked and came here and it was the best couple of days ever.The staff are awesome the locals are great even the others staying where lovely. Close to shopping center and beaches I so enjoyed it and will definitely go there again.

Jodi and Shane are fantastic hosts. The rooms have very comfortable beds, and are clean and quiet. It's not our first stay, and we'll be back again - and again.

I receive the worst customer service on the phone. Rang an enquired if they had a room? The customer service I received was we don’t know if we have any available. How do you not know if you have ANY rooms Available. Knowing that booking.com receive 10% of booking thought it would be best to ring direct but with a answer like that stuff the business more so while during COVID.

This is a great budget motel. Our room wasn't huge but it was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The Waurnvale shopping centre is quite close and we got ourselves a delicious pizza for dinner there.
