Hired excavator for $200 a day bought out toy excavator on 6x4 trailer owner filled tank run out around 2pm rang him he bought fuel out he fill tank then would not start due to no primer on diesel motor & fuel blockage so he refused to refund deposit. As told him we did not put fuel in it so if got blockage like he is claiming it was not our fault as he put the fuel in.Not a honest man
