I cannot recommend MVP enough. I initially started seeing Dayne when an old injury began flaring up, after the first session I could already start to feel an improvement.Dayne’s professionalism and knowledge is second to none. He takes the time to really assess your mobility, educate you on what’s causing any issues and provide you with a tailored exercise plan to help speed up recovery time.I’ve had such a positive experience that I continue to have regular sessions to help improve my sleep and release tension from desk work.The team is truly amazing and I’m so thankful that they were recommended to me!

Sophie is the best! I have had so many injuries over the years through all the training I do. Her knowledge of ankle injuries is very impressive, she built a plan to get me back to doing my gym classes and the staff are very nice!
