After numerous years of intermittent riding and poor service history I landed my ‘06 Fatboy at Farrows. And F*** me, they were nothing short of spectacular. Their workmanship was of the highest order, their communication was clear, concise and consistent. I knew everything that was occurring with my bike during the process and they were incredibly particular about ensuring everything that needed rectification was complete.I collected my bike and it hadn’t ridden so well the entire time I’d owned it. I will never go anywhere else on the Sunshine Coast and special mention to their detailer, the chrome was utterly brilliant and the bike looked absolutely showroom ready when they rolled it out. Can’t recommend the Farrows team highly enough.

Farrows Customs is the only place I will ever take my Harley. After I purchased my Dyna, it needed some fixing up and upgrades. I was recommended to Farrows by more than a few people, and after meeting with Bryan I immediately realised why. Bryan and the team at Farrows were so great to deal with. Such an excellent team and made everything so easy and straight forward. They have transformed my Dyna into an absolute dream ride.

Bryan, Dean, Jess and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and clearly know what they are doing from a technical and mechanical point of view, but also just friendly, down-to-earth and nice people. They don't make you feel stupid for not knowing much or asking silly questions, and take the time to run you through the in's and out's of what they've done during the service. My wife and I will definitely be back in future and I really couldn't recommend them highly enough - awesome bunch of people.

Big shout out to Bryan ,Jess, Dave and all te team at Farrows Customs. Did a major service and my 07 Night Train and found a issue that could've caused me big dramas down the track.
