I go here all the time. Great bahn mi & sausage rolls. Also have a tasty variety of Vietnamese salads with delicious dressing. Really friendly staff & always offer chilli sauce & soy sauce.

A great range of pastries, bread, salads and pies are available here. I had the sausage roll - 4/5 stars. The steak and mushroom pie - 5/5 stars. The salads are rated highly as well by a regular local.There is also a small seating area to enjoy your food. Definitely give this place a go!

Going by the raving reviews about the bahn mi, I felt a bit disappointed with mine, light on the filling, no coriander and a soft bun. Was ok but I've definitely had much better around town.Chocolate eclair was pretty good tho.

The food is nice, when available. Says open till 5:30. But by 4:45 most days all sandwiches, rolls, salad, bahnmi, pies, pastries are thrown out.

Average pre-made Banh Mi rolls on soft rolls. The home made tarts and treats were good, but some overly and unnecessarily sweetened.

Unfortunately l found it to be quite average. Average service and average banh mi. We tried the meat ball banh mi and l asked for extra chilli. I think they gave me extra but the chilli just had no heat to it and the rest of the banh mi lacked flavour. It was very dry too. We also got the bbq pork banh mi and that was worse and extra dry. The service we got was kinda grumpy too. Not friendly. Won't be going back.

I had to ask 3 times & come back once to get the correct order. Your staff need to learn to LISTEN, and an apology when they are clearly wrong wouldn't go astray either. It's a lot of effort wasted for what is an inauthentic banh mi (rolls are chewy from being premade & kept refrigerated).

Amazing food every single time. The sandwiches are always fresh and well made. The beef pies are always chunky and delicious. The vanilla slice and brownies are the best I’ve had. Highly recommend
