I asked the old man how much it would cost for a battery and pin change and he said it would cost $28. Later go to pick up and he charges me $48.Seriously the pin would only cost $2 from a supply shop and take 2 mins to change I don't know how they get away with charging almost $50.

I got my band adjust by them, they are fast but don't come during busy hours. They have 2 guys fixing watches but you need to be clear what you need before leaving your stuff there cause they are quite messy when they get busy.

Went there to get my watch adjusted as it was sitting right on the wrist. The old gentleman was kind enough to resize and fit it for free. He did his good deed for the day and I am giving him a great review as he deserves it. Thank you

Asked them for a quote to replace the battery in one watch and the battery and band in another. It was Thursday night and they were busy so he said leave them and come back in 15 minutes

I think more than a few Karen's have been to this store, based on some of the ridiculous poor reviews.I've been there quite a few times for new batteries, link removal, strap replacent etc. The guys are friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable (not free Karen!)Obviously if you turn up at 7pm on a Thurs night, expect some delays (Karen!)They are the only watch repairer I'll use.

Replaced battery and links ( 15 minutes ) in my new Raymond Raymond Weil watch bought at auction. No complaints at all .Total cost $ 53:00 compared to $90:00 at Raymond Weil Dealer in same shopping centre!!!!I feel a lot of the negative reviews are unfair .

Very helpful in taking out links for a Swatch watch I bought elsewhere. Many other jewellers didn’t have the tools or didn’t want to remove links from other stores. Only charged $15, very reasonable

The clasp had broken on my son’s medical alert bracelet so I took it to get a new clasp. I was quoted a price and the bracelet was repaired when I came back in 20 minutes. When I went to pay, the very nice gentleman charged me less than I had been quoted. He had obviously seen that it was for a medical alert bracelet and gave me a discount. I thought that was very kind!

They are a total rip off. To change a glass cover for my watch they charged me $ 75. And it was the second time I had to get it done from them, the first time a year ago they charged me $ 60. This broke as soon as it fell to the ground once. They are very discourteous and have no customer empathy. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a reasonable good watch repairer in the Hills area..

Just be very careful when using these guys to change your watch battery. 18 months ago, I took my Armourlite watch for a battery change, came back and they told me that whoever opened the watch previously, had broken the mechanism. Watch had original battery in it and had not been opened previously. I paid $295 to get the mechanism changed.Yesterday, took my wife’s Raymond Weil watch to get a battery change, same story, whoever opened watch up previously had broken mechanism…..$295 to repair…….hmmmmm. How does a working watch, after battery runs flat, get broken from previous battery change? Two same incidents from same jeweller is too much of a coincidence, think maybe they have broken it and offer up same excuse.
