Next time someone says your TV cannot be repaired, check with Paul first. Our 10yo 58 plasma was able to be repaired for $150 and I couldn't be happier. So good to have people with skills fixing stuff instead of just throwing it out and buying a new one. Highly recommended."

Repaired my broken 55 inch in a couple of days with no hassle, great price too as Paul had a motherboard to hand. Will be going back when next TV crashes. 5stars

A tip of thumb: never ask for services there. I went to fix a tv and Paul said I was going to spend between 140 - 150 and asked for payment in advance ($140). A few days after I called back in order to understand how was it going and he almost threatened me saying that if I was in a rush, he would just exchange everything and change me more 200 - I said “take your time”. 4 days later he called me and said that everything was good and that the final price was 320 (140+180) (for a tv that don’t worth 300). He didn’t sent any invoice previously with the detail of the maintenance neither requested my previous approval. When I went to pick up the tv, he was very rude, and forced me off of his shop. He also said that if I wanted my tv I must call the police. Unluckily a bad experience! SO, NEVER GO THERE IF YOU NEED TO FIX SOMETHING! Now I’m going to look for my rights at ACCC. This guy is a SCAM!!!

Great job on my 30 year old screen after a vertical crash. Paul is easy to deal with, efficient and a reasonable price.

Honest, prices his work not expensively, and is good at his job. We have had a faulty TV diagnosed and fixed by Paul before. Repeat customers this week and service is as good as ever.

Do not use this guy he is a complete rip off .On Pauls advice I decided to repair my 7 seven year old Samsung 55 inch TV as he said it was a brilliant tv and high quality so paid a total of just under $500.00 by the time I paid the service call pickup and delivery back.The repair only lasted 2 months and the same fault reappeared only to be told it wont be the same part it will be something different .I asked him if he warranted his work and he said no that I would have to pay the same again if i wanted it doneDONT TOUCH THIS GUY WITH A BARGE POLE HE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.

A Big Rip Off and waste of Time !!!! He claims, he's got more than 35 yrs of experience but he could not even figure out No picture Issue with my 55'' Samsung after proper 8-10 working days. He will keep repeating and lecturing about handling and transferring the Device to his workshop that might have caused different other issues very patronisingly.. He charged $100 for the initial diagnosis and charged another $60 to assemble my TV as he mentioned there is extra cost to put them back so that i can collect after he had tested a second hand motherboard that did not fix the issue. It's better to take it to PROFESSIONALs!!!!
