Woolfords fixed my watch on the spot, for 20 bucks, Mr Minit quoted me $160 plus courier to Melbourne. Support a local family business , it is definitely worth it

Unfortunately I can't say what their craftmanship is like. What I can say is that they were every friendly, and helpful. I just walked in (shoeless) and they explained what needed to be done to fix the engagement ring. I didn't end up having the time to wait for it to be fixed. But I was so impressed by their perfect mix of professionalism and friendly down to earth nature, that I would love to have the change to go back and use their services.

On 2 seperate occasions this business has failed to do the job I asked them to do. I had the batteries replaced in my watch and 2 days later had condensation under the face. Another occasion asked to have a ring sized up by them and it came back to me the same size. Then insisted it was larger and wouldn’t resolve the issue.don’t go here.

Took my divers watch ( my 60th Birthday present) to get batteries replaced...it leaked.2 days after so I took it back to them...they told me that they could fix it when they get new parts for it...that was 18 months ago and now they keep telling me that they're still waiting for parts...now I think they have blocked my number....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...

I'm very happy with the service I received from Woolfords when they reclawed my diamond in my engagement ring. Also went to some lengths to find the exact colour match of one lost ruby to match two others in my eternity ring. Very happy to recommend.Thanks from Joy Morley.

My watch was repaired reasonably quickly considering it was Easter in the middle of a pandemic. Had a small problem after the repairs which they fixed without a quibble. Good people to deal with.
