Was just in store today struggled to find a staff member to assist with a question. When I did the blonde staff member was extremely rude and instantly dismissive walking off on me before I could ask anymore questions. What disgusting customer service wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Im sp disappointed, isn't it their job to check everything is in the box? Tonight was the only time I had to shop because I have to get up again at 4am to go to work. I get home & go to wrap my stuff and no knife, expensive box with a picture of a knife but no knife! So I'm already at work when they open this morning and closed when I finish so I now have 1 person out of everyone without a present to open Christmas day!

Please allow customer to speak first!!!! Disgusting, unprofessional, unethical and no customer service skills by the store manager Jully. I got refused a refund for faulty item and exchange. She said “she doesn’t have time and have to do other things” than to help customers. Not sure why the store is open?? She asked to call the head office. She almost threw my things and walked away. I am shocked that such service is offered and behaviour is acceptable by a store manager to handle simple situations like this.

Ok store, but everything seems crammed in so tightly. It was hard to navigate around other shoppers. Good variety of kitchen ware and decent prices.

Rude sales woman, just because I was only looking for knives and couldn’t decide, she storms off and says we can’t help you, FFs customer sales is your number one goal, we pay your wages etc, silly old woman.
