Bad attitude. Was told $5 for a honda small bulb holder before I went to get it out from the wrecked car myself. Then told it was for $11, raised his voice and keeps insulting at me. I tried to keep the conversation nice and calm, but instead he just keeps showing aggressiveness towards me. Worst experience from such a dishonest owner.

Is now the site of Busby's metal recycling. These guys are doing a great job. They are polite professionals who get the job done without fuss, and they pay better than the opposition. 5 stars.

I made a call and asked if they had what I was looking for they said they're not shaw and would check got back to me in good time and they did told price that I thought was pretty good paid for it and picked it up on the way home that day.

The guys at Toowoomba Car Wreckers are very professional, look after long standing customers and new customers and have been absolutely faultless with sourcing and supplying parts for both my daily and restoration projects.If ever I’ve had an issue with parts they were happy to help and endeavoured to help fix the issues or suggest a solution.I’ve been to lots of wreckers all over the country but if I can get to Toowoomba Car Wreckers they are definitely my go to guys because of the professionalism, prices and service they have maintained through 3 generations and my 20years of sourcing parts and solutions through them!

It was a nightmare for me to shop here. I wanted to change the headlight of my Toyota Camry. After knowing the details they gave me the wrong ones. I paid and returned to my car. I noticed that it was not the correct model for replacement. Immediately I returned to them and told them that I was given the wrong model. I parked my car on their parking and its not a matter of even 10 minutes to return rn it. They denied to accept the return. The owner was so rude that when I told him that it was not the correct one he loudly replied that he wrecked them so it costed money to him. I told him I did not order for it, I only checked the availability over the phone and came here. He started using 'F' words. Finally he forced me to buy the new ones which costed me another $70 bucks in addition to the price of second hand one. I am just an overseas student. The worst wrecking guy I have ever met.
