I contacted Alex on a Tuesday needing my bathroom, ensuite and laundry waterproofed and ready for tiling on the Monday. With full expectation of this request being laughed at, his response was…. “we can make this happen”, and he did. Alex was fantastic! After having two waterproofers not show up I didn’t have much hope. I called Alex on the Monday and within 48hrs I had my bathroom waterproofed. He was professional, explained the process in detail (even to my very curious 5yr old) and catered to our urgency. Alex exceeded our expectations and we will be using him for our other bathrooms aswell.
