The team at Rootlab have been so helpful, specifically Jae. They have quickly and eagerly provided me with an abundance of advice in my project of creating a mycelium mould. Jae has been so generous in spending time answering my questions, offering products free of cost, and guiding me through the process step by step. Rootlab have a wide range of knowledge in all things mushroom, and I would honestly recommend them to anyone interested in learning more about mycology. Rootlab makes the process of learning about mycology so easy, and is highly accessible for beginners too!

Amazing customer service! I had a shipping issue (Auspost not Root Lab's fault) and Root Lab fixed it immediately. Sent me out a new product express as soon as they found out that Auspost was having an issue and made it right immediately. They have absolutely won my trust and a loyal customer. If there's anything you can buy from them, do it.

The best mycology supplier in Sydney. Great quality products. Would highly recommend their agar plates and all in one grain bags. I have had a plate here and there that has developed contamination byt much better than other suppliers.
