I have only been taking my car to this workshop during this year, however have found the team to be professional and very welcoming! I trust them 100% with my car and knowing that it is in the right hands!!Mark and the mechanic team are very thorough with their work and making sure your car is safe. They always explain what they are doing and will even show you the part to explain what's going on and what/why it needs to be fixed.The office receptionist Bernie is very welcoming, polite, thorough, always willing to answer any questions and willing to pick up and drop you off if you need it when they are able to.Very reasonably priced, highly recommended!!

I needed my car serviced badly and Mark fitted me in 2 days later , very happy with the service , my car's running really Well and his lovely wife on reception, a nice friendly place and you know your car is well looked after highly recommend

It has taken me such a long time to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Newcastle. Mark and his team are absolutely fantastic! They not only serviced my car, but also fixed the air con and the electrical auto issues. Now it is running perfectly! I highly recommend them to others. They are reliable, proficient and honest in what they do. These are really important factors for me, as I've been charged for unnecessary auto work by other mechanics in Newcastle in the past. In addition, they are such lovely people, especially his wife who manages the front shop and administration. I was also provided free transport to work after I left my car in their care. I'll definitely be back for all my car servicing.

Highly recommended. Good value and great customer service. Mark gives a detailed explanation of the work completed and Bernie is such a lovely and caring receptionist. I have a young baby and she helped me out by giving me a car for the day and when I ran into troubles getting a sitter to for me to get back, she offered to drive my car home and drive the spare car back. Absolutely brilliant

Best bunch of people.Great family run business. Mark and his team have serviced and looked after me for the last couple of years, taking care of my cars, caravan and boat. His wife who works at the front desk is always incredibly friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done right.

I was recommended by a friend to have my car service here. I scheduled an appointment but due to problem with my schedule, I moved it to an earlier day and time. They are so accommodating and arranged the changes without hassle. Service is excellent! I will definitely comeback on my next service.
