I honestly can not recommend this man enough for the service he has provided. Not only did he repair an old phone of mine at a discounted price, when it no longer worked he refunded me as well as discounting a new handset because the phone in for repair kicked the bucket. A thousand star service if I ever could rate something as highly as such. Honest, reliable and authentic service. Thank you so much it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you.

My experience at the shop with Jae was amazing! I cracked my phone on the front and back and Jae was so friendly and went over and beyond to help. He even taped the crack on the back to prevent further cracking. The price was so reasonable too, I felt like he really wanted to charge a fair price. He is a very sweet, genuine man and it was honestly the best experience I had in a phone store! Definitely recommend.

Went to the shop today because my iPhone battery was dead. Jae showed me where the problem came from (a cheap old battery) and changed it for a brand new Apple one. In the process the screen was broken so Jae had to change it, but I was not charge for this expense. I even got a discount!To sum up: nice people, very quick work, very reasonable pricing, and a very good service.I would definitely recommend!
