Areal real estate provides high class service. They manage few of our properties and as an Owner, you cant ask for better company to look after our properties. Monty Gill is Property Manager for our rentals and we are more than satisfied with his service. Monty is prompt to respond and makes sure all the tenants concerns are dealt with in timely manner.Highly Recommended

1 star for setting up an open inspection but no one showing upResponse to the comment:it was an open inspection which was listed in Realestate website and does not require registration (and cannot be registered anyway). The inspection was supposed to start at 5:30pm. I waited until 5:45pm no one showed up. I had to keep checking Realestate to see if you have had the inspection cancelled but sadly no…
