** Update in response to owner's response below - We used the VERY expensive ($155) door handle that was installed probably 10 times since installation as it is not a door we use often, and it is now falling apart to the point where we are no longer able to use said door at all. 9 days or 9 months is irrelevant - a brand new door handle should last longer than 9 months and pretty sure the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act would back me on that. I stand by my original review: shoddy workmanship, overpriced and abysmal customer service..**Poor customer service. Very expensive and repairs done by Waikato wide locksmiths do not last very long. Trying to get them to agree to a time to come back to attend to the new doorhandle and lock they installed that has never worked properly since installation is nigh on impossible as no time or day proposed seems to suit them. Funny that as getting a mutually convenient time for the initial installation was not a problem at all….Won’t use them again.

I lost my car key and he was the only one who helped me (and even more than the insurance), just next day I called. I was so stressed and quite desperate becouse the car was 20min away from home. Next noon I got not only one new key; he gave me another extra copy. Excellent service and a reasonable price for the job. Thank you so much!!!

I am so incredibly grateful to Nick he talked us through opening a locked bathroom door. We were in panic mode as medications etc were in the bathroom and being so close to NYs eve we would have struggled to find someone to help. Nick, you are a legit hero
