Tom was very patient and reliable, explained and answered questions, gave advice how we can get a 2nd opinion to see if the bees could be saved, and after we saw we had no choice but to terminate the hive, he handled it with care. Tom cares about the wildlife and nature, and was also very helpful in dealing with our problem of rats. He uses safe bates that will only terminate pest rodents, and not effect other animals that could feed off the dead rodent, and in a safe box not accessible to native animals. As much as I'm reluctant to terminating any living thing, I must say that I was feeling good to get the careful service from Tom, knowing that I'm targeting only what's needed, and environmentally safe.

Tom came out and helped me with a possum and gutter guarded a section of my roof where the possum was getting in. Very fast and reliable service and fairly priced
