I have been working as a support worker with IAC for a little more than a year now. Whilst being a University student, IAC has allowed me to attain a perfect work/study balance. IAC has given me a space to grow as a person while providing the necessary skills, experience and knowledge required to support the community. The best part about working with IAC would be the people you meet whilst on the Job. It's been a pleasure working with participants in the community and assisting with daily living. Furthermore, management care for their support workers like family whilst maintaining high quality of professionalism.

i am writing to show how i have appreciated the services of the support worker and Disability Services. It has been nice having a support worker come to my place and be friendly and who i can have some conversations with. she has also really helped me with learning stuff to do with Technology. I am learning more and more each time, but i have to practice as well to be able to remember things. The organisation appears to be very well run. I met the Manager today and he is very friendly and helpful. While I was at the office, the cup of tea that i had was very nice and a very good flavour too.

My daughter has been getting the service since she was in primary school, now she’s 21, she goes to their day program. I find them to be very helpful and I can talk to them about anything if I have any concerns, and vice versa. Both my daughter and myself are very comfortable with the staff at Innovative care and their continuing support.

My experience with IAC has been amazing. Everyone is helpful and does their best to help clients. The support workers are all experienced and highly trained.
