Pride Dry Cleaning & Laundry

I would never recommend this business for wedding dresses. I put in my wedding dress in February 2021 for dry cleaning and was told it would be ready in 5 weeks. This ended up being close to 4 months with not a single call to let me know there was a delay. I had to chase up several times and eventually when I picked up the dress, I was not told that the dirt marks I had sent it to be cleaned for did not come out at all. Further, when I took the dress out at home, i noticed the silk had shrunk on the dress making the lining completely visible on the bottom. The dress was presented to me in an opaque bag so the cleaning and shrinkage was not visible. I was still charged $350 for the dress to return to me in worse condition I put it in for. I am beyond disappointed that this business did not even have the courtesy to call to advise me that the dirt marks could not be removed or that silk was at risk of shrinking and considered it highly deceptive that I was not even told this on collection. Rather my $350 was taken without any offer to show me the dress, without any offer of a discount and they were happy to let me leave with the dress, believing it was cleaned and in order.

Use Pride for all our drycleaning needs and large laundry item's like blankets. They pick-up and deliver, so easy and hassle free and great service. One of the few drycleaners that also can do Wool Quilts and that are registered as not using the old harmful chemicals that others still use. So they are Eco & Health friendly! Highly recommend them!

Yep definitely great to know they clean your suit well. Have used them many times and always friendly service and sometimes discuss best cleaning options as well. Keep up all the good work you guys at Pride Dry Cleaning.

What absolute legends such a fast turn around for dry cleaning of my dress I come home today to find it here already when we planned Wednesday delivery for some stains I had on it. Thanks so much look forward to using you again

Put my dry cleaning in on Tuesday and received a text the next day to say my 5 items were ready. When I got there, one of the staff showed me a way where I could pick up my dry cleaning without going into the store, any time of the day from their red box pickup out front. I thought it was amazing and easy to use, very happy with all aspects of customer service and the prices seem cheaper from where I had previously gone, highly recommend anyone to give them a go

Some times the beautiful people surprise you. And, for the first time this year, the girls and boy at Pride Dry Cleaning just did it.This was not just another dry-cleaning drop. This was a happy and VERY professional experience. We traveled a couple of hundred kilometres for this and we are happy we did.And, we shall do again.
