They aren't interested in Support staff being ripped off by participants.Seems only discrimination is against the Disabled, companies, not the honest contract workers supporting those who are WAYYYYY over funded.

Front desk staff have a defensive attitude and point to elsewhere when one goes in to their office for support and assistance.Very disappointed to see sub-par service has returned to this office.I also didn’t appreciate the facetious “have a good day” when I left after having to explain again what service delivery means.Much more training in active listening and education to not tell me about other people’s requirements but to tailor answers to my situation.I hope management can fix this patchy service from an office that has trouble retaining good staff.

I joined here a few years ago and found the staff here are really nice and helpful. I went there a couple of weeks ago and found the same.
