Have been a regular here for many years but my recent experience was bad. Booked a 90 minute remedial at 1:30pm 5/4/2018. My masseur seemed distracted and was only using one hand for the whole hour (I had a sense she was using her mobile phone during my massage). And even then her pressure was weak and seemed to not really care about the knots around the neck and shoulders. After one hour of wondering if it was going to get better (and still lying on my stomach), i looked up and said she seemed distracted and not very focused. She then told me one of her other hand was sore and hence she was using only one hand. She should have told me this prior to my massage or she should not have been working on the day. Anyway I asked her for a credit note of the 30 minutes remaining. As she left the room i could see the outline of her mobile phone in her pant pocket. I'm pretty sure therapists aren't allowed take their phones inside the treatment room. Very disappointed with my experience because Pranee was always my favourite. The plus side of this place is that it's always clean, and always smells good.

Tae gave me one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). She knew all the right spots and was friendly and polite. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, as if you have stepped into Chiang Mai, Thailand. Clean rooms and sheets. Excellent massage, nice and strong!
