Prices much too high compared to Salvos. Probably explains lack of customers as Salvos always very busy. No organizing of sizes is disappointing also. Purchased a king fitted sheet with pillow cases for $11 (pretty expensive). Found to be queen. Will return. Told to return within few days if necessary. This is 2nd time i have experienced incorrect sizing of sheets. Not complaining about staff but needy people cannot afford to pay such prices. All household products overpriced. Will not be back.

Had a whole window display of old cameras and film equipment not forsale. Inside the store there was not a single camera or anything to do with the window display. Don't have a display dedicated to stuff you don't sell.

Have really tried to give this op shop a chance but when you go in and see $20 jackets and even a $27 top that i saw today i have to walk out. A lot of other op shops in the area work just as hard and do MORE for the community of Mandurah but still manage to keep prices low so the prices here baffles me, its just too expensive, i’m not sure how they manage to keep operating.

Popped in the other day just to have a look and came out with some great bargains. All the lady's were so helpful but I would really like to thank Dot who took the time to go through the stock with me to help me make my choices.I will surely be back

As a regular op shopper within a 100 km radius of mandurah this place is the most expensive of them all by a lot... second hand goods being given to them free and selling for exsorberant prices...have they forgotten what an op shop is actually for... the poor and needyThe staff think they own the shop and act like it too they are most likely just volunteers. never once have i been greeted with a hello or a good morning once...The place is unorganised, packed and dark and possibly needs someone new to make it fresh and bring a nice vibe to the place.
