The guys did an amazing job on a stinking hot day. The hedge looks great and they left the yard looking great, better than before they started.A great bunch of guys, easy to talk to, conscious of our needs and they seem to get on well together.So, thanks heaps. A very professional company, we had two large Callistemons around ten metres in height that needed pruning. They gave good professional advice and a fixed price quote.They arrived on the agreed date and did exactly what said and surprisingly there was no collateral damage.

We have been using TreeWorks to look after our trees for a long time. Their service is always prompt, professional and very friendly. On this visit the guys went above and beyond with a very difficult hedge in serious need of trimming. They also returned our tree near powerlines to be legal and safe. The guys then cut back our big tree that had serious overhanging branch issues and had already dropped branches on our house and on in the garden. The ACT Government in their wisdom (????) refused permission to bring the tree down so TreeWorks made it safe and provided a report on tree health with photos.I highly recommend them and their people.Mike

The Treeworks team are highly professional and experienced arborists who ensure that they safely prune trees to keep them healthy and looking good. Their work is outstanding and of a high quality. They even left the mulch for us to use on our gardens.

TreeWorks left a huge amount of wood chip in my yard after grinding my tree stump, far in excess of what I was expecting. I'm now left to shovel it all into the green waste - I'd encourage anyone using this company to confirm exactly what will be left behind as I found it quite misleading. Disappointing, as I was otherwise happy with the service.Update:I've completely filled the green waste bag and barely made a dent. I'd love tree works to rectify this issue, but not for the $150ph quoted when I raised this problem privately. The text on the quote is misleading - this is a massive amount of wood chip, not sawdust.

I can't recommend Treeworks highly enough! They've had to do some major work on our Manchurian Pear tree, involving substantial pruning. The team are always extremely professional and knowledgeable, the work is of a high standard, and they leave our property in a really tidy state. Their charges are also very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Treeworks for any tree work.

Treeworks did a great job on our alder tree, we are very happy with the result. Looks natural even though reduced by about a third to keep it away from the neighbours fence line. They used a cherry picker. Good safety practices and clean up afterwards.

We did a walk around and discussed the quote up front which was helpful because all my questions were answered and the quote considered all the work we needed done. They were able to do the job earlier than booked, which was a bonus. The team on the day were very polite and friendly, and did a great job. No fuss.
