I waited 20 minutes for my food which was only 2 items. The car infront of me had waited longer and when they got given their food they were obviously annoyed because it had been 30 minutes by this point for them- the staff worker looked at me and mouthed something about them as they walked off. Service is extremely poor and slow I do not recommend.

Only issue was that Staff seriously need to check cleanliness of the toilets, we went for breakfast , used before we left they were disgraceful esp for that hour of morning.Mentioned to manager on duty she got someone to attend to them .. men's and women's....How often are they cleaned ? Do staff use them surely they can see the state of them and act on it ,so begs the question how clean is the prep area and hygiene practices?

The wait in the drive-through was very time consuming and usually if ordering from here the food is a nice temperature once I arrive home to eat it. Chips were under cooked and not nice but burger and nuggets were okay. Don't forget about the people in the drive-through Maccas!

Over time waiting for every single order is a must at this store. 32 minutes for a very small order to take out while the drive through is almost clear and the store is not busy. Why? Staffs and management issues. 1) They do not really care about customers time. Lack of managing skills at the counter 2) the way they prepare orders for dine in, take away and deliveries are much different than other stores. They are getting confused by printed dockets, as they have not enough room for preparing orders for eat in, take away and delivery orders. The Area manager need to work on these issues otherwise this store would keep the award of one of the worst store in Adelaide!

PATHETIC. We only got 2/3rds of our order. I could rage and swear but I’m classy so instead I’ll just stick to the facts. No butter. No hot syrup. Cold pancakes. Two hashbrowns missing. Waited for fifteen minutes as other cars (about ten) went by. Very disappointed. No scratch that. Radioactively disappointed. Ripped off once again. Reach out to us as we want our money back!

I remembered why I don’t go to this McDonalds anymore…I ordered through the App to pick up at the drive through,i get there and they couldn’t find my order when finally they did i was told to go wait in the waiting bay i was there for about 30 minutes and FINALLY came only to have an item missing and had to go inside and tell them.When i get home my fries are horribly overcooked obviously their Oil was old and my Big macs meat burned and tasted really bad.NOT the first time this things happen at this particular McDonalds.Definitely a management problem!!!

The change table in the parents the toilet is shonky as. I had to change my daughter with holding the table with my knee as she would have just slid off. Pretty rare when i have to do nappy changes on the go but you guys sure as hell made it hard for me.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger large meal as well as 10 nuggets in a large meal, here's what was wrong with it...1) Burger was cold2) Nuggets were not fresh and were chewy so felt like I was eating rubberWent back through the drive through to complain and have the whole meal replaced. The lady that served us only took the nuggets back and not the rest of the food. Got fresh nuggets but not a replacement meal.We were spoken to very rudely and were disrespectful towards us. It was $29.60 wasted on basically rubber food
