The ladies at the salon were lovely however I felt my hair was rushed, she didn’t even ask if I wanted a semi or permanent through my regrowth area, as I always get half and half due to not wanting that horrible block look when the colour starts to grow out. She did not colour match my hair colour or regrowth for that matter or what was already existing in my balayage regrowth. I had to get a top up on my regrowth once dry to it have it rematched as there was a colour line due it not being colour matched correctly to begin with.Now as for my haircut my layers are extremely chunky taking layers of 10cm from my already existing long hair.Very disappointing experience however the hair stylist was having a few family problems so maybe I think her mind wasn’t on the job and was else where.I’m not the one to put up reviews but i thought it was necessary as I take great pride in my hair and felt my whole experience was rushed.

Prices are pretty cheap, and the ladies are very lovely. Get my hair cut from there and it's usually good, and I recently got my seconds and helix from there and the lady was very understanding and experienced

Friendly and professional staff made us feel very welcome and could fit us in that day which was perfectly suited to our busy schedule and getting into town finding close carpark spot was smooth too. My girls were excited to get ears pierced and with the expert cleaning knowledge shared by the technicians it has been easy to get the girls to stay on top of that important hygiene element to ensure their piercings heal quickly. Double technicians on-site was essential which made for faster application. Super happy with Roma Hair Salon in Gympie.

Staff are extremely friendly and skilled. I’m a repeat customer with Sarah and she does an amazing job every time with my blonde. Prices are great even when they struggled with the floods they always put their customers first. 10/10 recommend.

This salon doesn't charge for wash & blow dry so makes the visit much more affordable. Small nice salon, friendly staff members. Good prices and good work

The owner should screen her staff. Had the worst attempt at a mere hair cut today. It was hacked. I was told I couldn't cross my legs or my hair would be lob sided. And it was cut like I was paddling down rapids. Owner had to try fix it. Never going back. Don't recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! The staff are lovely and welcoming and very experienced. Never been so happy with my hair honestly I won't go anywhere else :) highly recommend!
