Our experience with Kaos was excellent.We were passing through Rocky for a weekend and had car trouble along the way.We are able to come straight in, the problem was diagnosed straight away, required part was ordered and delivered within 10 minutes ( new coil ) and the new part fitted immediately.We were in and out of there in 30 minutes and the young fellow ( from Broome WA ) was amazing.The price was much less than I expected. We were very very happy. Cheers Kaos. You Rock.

Dodgy as, brought my car in as it had broken down and wouldn’t turn on a couple times. They had my car for 2 hrs called me And told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and recommended I did a service at the shop. Paid $230 and left, got my friend to look at my car after He had finished work and he told me there was absolutely no oil or coolant in my car. Okay So why couldn’t the guy I paid have told me that is that normal for you to not tell your customers this???Absolutely disgusting!

After a radiator change,we noticed that the cooling fan shroud had been broken (attached picture) and then fixed with ties. We have never been offered any compensation for that issue or even be informed at all. We contacted them by email/Facebook and never received any answers. ( My message was seen on Facebook but avoided I guess)This situation is despicable and unacceptable. Even more considering you make a publicity of your outstanding customer service"
