A salesman from this car yard in Launceston TAS was in negotiation with me to purchase a car for my daughter and her 2 infant sons. However, upon having an independent inspection on this vehicle: it was found that all 4 tyres and the brake pads needed replacing. This salesman was keen to get a sale he rang the first thing the next day - still pursuing the sale and when I stated the issues brought to me by this independent mechanical assessment: he stated that he was just the salesman and that the car had been through their 100 point safety check through their own mechanics. He then proceeded to tell me it wasn't his job to check under the hood of the car/ tyres, etc.In the next breath, he stated he would put new tyres and brakes after being challenged by myself.It is quite alarming to know that he was prepared to let this car go to a young family with these issues.

Staff member saw me pull up and had my details and called me by name when I walked in...... friendly, efficient and helpful staff. It's really nice and important to trust the people who are looking after my vehicle
