Roe Motorcycle and Mower

Worst customer service I have ever received. David whom is the manager/owner of this establishment was very rude and was really hard to deal with! I dropped my brush cutter off to be repaired as the pull start was buggered, a week later I went to pick it up to be greeted with anger and hostility. They then charged me $153 for parts only (not fitted). It wasn’t until I queried the cost that they refunded the $45 labour cost. Very disappointed!!

I purchased a new Walker R21 zero turn mower. David showed me all the options based on my situation which made it easy to narrow down my choice. I found David very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm wrapped with my mower and can highly recommend David and his team. Excellent service.

Highly recommend these guys!! David went above and beyond to get me the bike I wanted, it was the last new one left available in the country and he made sure it was mine when others had thrown it in the too hard basket! The service I've received since from him and the team has also been impeccable! Thanks guys!

The owner is a greed-driven rogue trader. His staff are great. I wanted to return a part for a mower, bought a few hours earlier. A simple refund. He said 'Store credit only!'. When I politely confronted him about this, he fed me some BS about his rights under consumer law blah blah blah. I did receive a refund in the end, but not without a fight, and it got me angry enough to share this. Most of my reviews are 5 star. Not here.

David and his team have always been very helpful to me an great customer service . I’ve bought a Honda Commercial Mower and a Atom Edger with a Honda motor . Very happy with both items. And look forward to doing more purchases in the future.

Dave needs some customer service skills spoke a lot promised a full 5 minutes of training after sale all I got was a flyer. I waited 25 minutes for him to serve me as staff advised limited product knowlege. I gave this review a low score as Dave insisted on serving other customers as well.

There is nothing I love more than a good looking bloke, well oiled in knowledge of their product,David has an all encompassing air of distinction about the way he does business. He asks all the right questions and connects with you on a personal level to guide you to the best choice of machine.His knowledge and understanding of product is profound. Right down to the last screw. I have bought many tools, mowers and motorcycles from Roes, and have always been impressed with the amount of effort they have gone to. They even put balloons on my son’s first motorcycle to make it a memorable event when we went to get it, with service like that - why would you buy anywhere else??

The staff are great. However the owner/manager is not of the same quality, and it shows. My Experience is one of extended time without my mower 4 weeks. No communication Fr them, I did the phoning. My mower is 24mths old. Has only mowed my small lawn, and is well looked after. I believe the total bill cost for the service of $236.15, is criminal. To the point I phoned Motorcycles & Garden Supplies explained my mower read out Fr bill what roes had done and Was quoted $80-. Roes may have duped me on this but they sure lost in the long run. For some reason they have removed my feedback, so I’m reposting it.

Great service!!I experienced an extremely dedicated and friendly service from Dave and his team. He collected the mower on a cold wet night (after hours as requested), kept me updated about the progress of repairs and dropped off on a raining cold Saturday when I was home. Always with a smile. Couldn't recommend them more!
