LOVE LOVE LOVE Lush and this shop in Broadbeach is fantastic!! The staff are really nice and friendly and very helpful. They let us try lots of different products and explained clearly how to use them and the different ways in which they could be used also which was interesting - a scrub that turns into bodywash etc. We bought a lot of lovely things! All the smells are amazing and very natural. Definitely recommend a visit.

Lush have this team polished, professional and fun! My best friend and I went in for the Rose Jam ( heavens answer to shower gel). Imagine our delight as the girls in there wove their magic! We laughed, we tried on everything and we left loaded up with the most devine products. These ladies are just delightful and genuine and really, really like able! So, Lush….you need to take a good long look at the gems you have working their right now and reward them.

Recently life has been pretty stressful after surviving a natural disaster. We drove 2 hours up the coast to get supplies and found ourselves at pac fair just before closing. Josh helped me and is an absolute gem! Instantly felt calmer after he greeted me genuinely, being in his presence is a lush experience in itself because he is so knowledgeable, kind and calm. He deserves a promotion or raise or at least some recognition.. what a kind legend!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I haven’t received such amazing customer service in a long time. I Definitely will be coming back.I actually walked in looking for a product that unfortunately had been discontinued and staff did not try to push other products on to me, it was a refreshing surprise.I ended up buying a fair few items that were new and looked interesting and the staff had great product knowledge about them all.Keep up the great work :)
