Great value for money. Much better than you could expect from a 3 star motel. Very spacious and clean rooms with all amenities, big comfy bed and friendly service.

We wished we’d stayed somewhere nicer.Rundown. Smelly. Took shoes off, felt carpet squares, put shoes back on. Rather than having a relaxing night in, we went out for an expensive dinner ‘cos this place was so miserable so we didn’t even save money.

Booked the room at the very last minute, lucky enough to get the room and definitely no complaints. The room was spacious and very tidy with all the required things in place. The owner was lovely warmly greeted all of us , recommended the restaurants nearby. The good thing was it was 6-7 mins drive to blue lake and umpherston sinkhole.I would highly recommend this place for staying its worth the money.

All round great place. Comfortable room and clean. Housekeeping staff are very friendly. Only downside is that there is no restaurant on-site. But the shopping centre is just up the road. Will tell everyone about it.

We had a double bed family room. Very clean and spacious. With everyday routine cleaning as well. Price was definitely reasonable. Motel is within walking distance to the city centre and umpherston Sinkhole. There's a pool at the back of the motel that is open during warm seasons. Also a trampoline is next to the pool.The best part of it is that they are pet friendly.

We couldn’t book a pet friendly room in Portland. We settled for a room here. But this town was such a surprise. The Blue Lake, which is 8 min drive from the motel, was amazing before sunset. Different choices of restaurants are located nearby.The room itself is spacious with all amenities. Plus the parking is free.
