Total rip off. A thousand dollars later and it looks the same. Left dirty earplugs, empty drink can thrown in my garden, dust everywhere in the two bathrooms and even in my drive ( like a bucket of left over powder was tippedout). This pairs demanded instant payment and stood up close watching my screen while I made it. Totally unreliable and unresponsive to the most polite request that that they come back, see the lack of improvement (“it will come up much better when it dries” ) and consider a bit more work to bring it up to something vaguely resembling their before and after shots. The worst and least visible areas plainly had not been touched at all. I have been trying to get a response out of these guys for the best part of 6 weeks, then out the franchisor, but nothing seems to be happening that end. I would give zero stars if possible. I am very suspicious of the supposed 5 star reviews. Simply terrible. Don’t waste your money.
