After seven years of less than satisfactory service from two different pool shops in my area I called up these guys after finding them online about some various options and prices. I was immediately impressed by Richard's knowledge and willingness to help me even though I was a completely random person calling out of the blue so we ended up getting his team to do the pump replacement I needed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The service technician who came out knew his stuff and did the job with care and made sure everything was right before he left. This is completely unlike other shops we have used who have young kids that are just keen to get in and out, in fact we had come to think that this was the norm for pool shops. Richard had given him a full briefing before he attended site which had never happened with others and an absolute mess of pipe work was fixed to be tidy and efficient and it was even better than the original installation done when we bought the house.I will now travel ten minutes further than the shops in my areas to get tests and equipment just because the knowledge and service is far superior to anywhere else we have been.If you have any doubts about where you are currently getting your pool service then you won’t regret contacting Richard, even if it is out of your immediate location.Richard is upfront and honest about what you need for your pool and there is no dodgy sales tactics going on here so you won’t have to worry about being sold stuff you don’t need if you don’t understand the ins and outs of pools.I wish I had found these guys years ago.

Overpriced. $25 for a bag of salt is ludicrous, especially considering that other pool shops in the area sell them for around $14-19 per bag. First and last time I'm stepping into your shop. Goodbye.

Look no further, call Pool and Spa Gurus....In utter desperation to find a pool service company with an approach based on honesty and thoughtfulness for the pool owner, I took to Google and came across Pool and Spa Gurus; so glad I did.Richard and Craig are hands on owners, who are incredibly experienced in this industry, they are trustworthy, kind, considered and reliable.I drive 12kms and past other pool service stores (previously let down by) when in need of testing and supplies, as I know I will only be buying what I absolutely need and what is best for my pool and family.As a single mum lacking expertise in pool care, Richard and Craig have been incredibly helpful to me, no question has been too silly to ask and they have been so generous with their time in customer service.Highly recommend Pool and Spa Gurus.

I have used them twice, no matter what result I walk out with $400 worth of chems and a pool worse off before the visit. Never the same staff so quality is poor. I use others and usually I just need a litre of chlorine or a bag of magnesium. They also sit down when speaking with you which I find is rude. Pricing is RRP all the way.

As a first time pool owner my knowledge base was non-existant, and the guys were fantastic in helping me get up to speed. Richie replaced my old single speed pump, and i couldn't be happier with it, or the service. Great to be able to go to a family owned business that takes pride in what it does.

Have been going to these guys for a while now. They really know their stuff and provide good, old-fashioned service and trustworthy advice. After trying a few local pool shops over the years with mixed results I have to say that after stumbling across Pool and Spa Gurus I won't go anywhere else. Doesn't matter whether you need something major done with your pool or just need a few bits and pieces and some handy tips, they will always be able to help.
