Ray White managed the property we rented in Kiama Downs for almost two years and the process was one of the best experiences we've had as rental tenants. We had absolutely lovely and understanding landlords and our Property Manager Dawn was so proactive, communicated clearly and professionally but most importantly she was kind and supportive - something that means a lot to us given the current property climate. Nick the Concierge was always a joy to chat to and he always made us feel special. Thank you Dawn and the team for a really positive rental experience.

We recently sold our property through Ray White Kiama. Michele, Olivia and all the RW staff we came in contact were always polite, discreet and professional. We wanted an agent that we could trust and feel comfortable dealing with, who would always act in our best interest and not talk down our expectations in order to make a quick sale. Michele proved to be exactly what we wanted, achieving our asking price with a minimum of stress, always keeping us informed and continuing to assist us long after contracts were exchanged.

Just signed a new lease with Ray White Kiama. These guys have been great so far - very professional and friendly.They've made the entire process as simple as possible. Cameron and Sam were both a pleasure to deal with.When going through the lease paperwork, Sam was thorough and explained everything very clearly. He answered all of our questions and more.We had an issue when trying to figure out how to use the security fob key at our new apartment, and Cameron drove straight over to give us a hand.There was no issue and we were just using it incorrectly, completely our fault.Cameron was very supportive and in no way made us feel like we had wasted his time (even though we had).Thanks guys!

I am not someone who ever posts reviews online. However it is very important for me to let the public know how truly amazing the team at RAY WHITE KIAMA are. Over the last several years we have bought properties from and also sold properties with RAY WHITE KIAMA. We have also had RW KIAMA manage two of our rental properties in Kiama.As owners wanting to sell our property in Kiama, we could not fault RW KIAMA. As we do not live in the area permanently, it was even more important to get the right agent to sell for us.WE VALUE INTEGRITY AND HONESTY- so that already cancelled out at least one other real estate agency in Kiama.WE WANTED TO STAY INFORMED- AS THE CAMPAIGN PROGRESSED.We wanted an agency who would keep us in the loop every step of the way. Michelle Lay, the Principal of RW KIAMA and her off -sider Olivia Anstee phoned us every Tuesday afternoon during our marketing campaign to give us information about prospective buyers, and would also phone us after every open house to give us quick updates. They would personally come to our property prior to inspections to cast their eyes over the property and make sure it looked as good as it could. In this way, our selling journey felt like a partnership.THE ENTIRE RW TEAM KNEW ABOUT OUR HOUSE- we have to say this was a big point of difference between RW KIAMA and other agencies we have used in the past. EVERY TEAM MEMBER actively sought out potential buyers and were up to date with all the happenings during the campaign. We found this amazing as we could ask the entire team a question and the entire team knew the answers. Never have we come across this before.WE HAVE ALSO PURCHASED PROPERTY THROUGH RW KIAMA- Our first encounter with Ray White Kiama in 2007 and we were impressed with their curtesy, kindness and respectfulness. The second time we purchased property was also through RW KIAMA and the experience was just as great as the first time. Michelle Lay and her team are experts and total professionals in the way they conduct themselves and treat everyone with respect, regardless if you are trying to buy, sell or rent.ON THE RENTAL SIDE OF THE BUSINESS- we had CAMERON. He is such a lovely professional young man, who works incredibly hard for his landlords. I have requested to work with Cameron again.Taken together, RW KIAMA, led by Michelle, is now our ONLY consideration when selling, buying and renting out our investment properties.It has been a year since we have dealt with RAY WHITE KIAMA, and we are just about to employ their services again, as we put our house up for rent. I am looking forward to working with them again- and lets be totally honest- who EVER says that about real estate agencies! I am just so grateful that Kiama has a fantastic, ethical and respectful real estate agency.We would not hesitate to recommend Michelle and her team for any real estate related needs.

My husband and I recently moved to Shell Cove, and we are renting a house through Ray White Kiama. The home was immaculate when we moved in, but we were also encouraged to make note of any deficiencies or imperfections. There have been no issues, and one request we made was addressed immediately and efficiently and we couldn't be happier.From Nick at the front desk, who greets me by name every time I call, to Matt, our rental agent, to Cameron who went out of his way today to let us into the home after my husband had accidentally locked us out, everyone has given us as much time, attention and positive attitude as if we had bought a house from them. We are very happy in this lovely home, but when it comes time to buy, there is no doubt that we wouldn't go anywhere else for an agent.

Katelyn Liu the property manager communicated well and was helpful throughout the leasing process which made things easy!
