No stress experience with Reece Thompson. From the moment of my first phone call Reece was easy to communicate with , always available to contact and resolve issues that arose within minutes of the call . His team was always in touch to keep you up to date with what was happening with my property . Organising lawn mowing and quick fixes that were identified during selling inspections. Took a little longer to sell with market changes due to the reserve bank interest hikes but at no time did I ever feel Reece and his team were not on their toes working me . I at no time considered changing agents . Reece and his team at all times showed professional etiquette and worked for me and explained everything when we might have had different ideas.I never felt I was agreeing to what the agent thought . Would be my first point if call for any realestate issue in the future whether setting up a rental, renting buying or selling . Very relieved on selling but it was a stress free experience .
