Excellent customer service. Richard served me today, and not only did he find exactly what I needed, but he didn't even charge me for the scraps that came with it. I'll definitely be a customer in the future.

Darren was incredibly helpful and precise when cutting foam holders for my dive tanks. Yes it was more expensive than buying something online but the service was excellent and result immediate which I sincerely appreciated.

As it's EOFY soon, it's time for the annual pilgrimage to Clarke's. Friendly faces, knowledgeable staff willing to take the time to listen and give thoughtful answers to my silly questions..

Not overly helpful to help fix a pump under warranty, kept quoting Telstra appointment system and hand balling to the agent . Technician was helpful and understanding must have been trained elsewhere.

Needed to reduce vibration sounds coming through a computer desk into a microphone. Someone pointed out some material that could do this earlier in the week during an unrelated discussion. Returned on Saturday to get some. When I explained all this to the guy there that day (someone else), he insisted on trying to sell me the stuff that goes on the walls for ambient noise (at +$60), despite my re-explaining myself multiple times. Ended up finding what I needed at Bunnings for $17.

I had a lovely man help me with cutting some foam for a small container holding my lenses. Although it was a small job he took a lot of time and effort to help me get everything right. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to; hard to come by customer service like this these days!

Bought a Prism frame premium swimming pool and was under the impression that it had one year warranty. A couple of months later it lost all the water in it. I called the store and they told me to return it and they will change the liner. I disassembled the pool and did not take care how I was doing it as I thought the liner was useless anyway and they change it for me. I went to the store with the liner. They told me that I only had 3 months warranty. I didn’t mind as it was less then 3 months since I bought it but they refused to fix it or change it as they said it was not factory’s fault. They only provided me with a patch. I have to throw the swimming pool away as I am not going to go through all the trouble of assembling and filling it with the water when it is likely that the patch does not work properly.

UPDATE: The below response from the 'owner' was just for show. I emailed immediately with all the details and weeks later I have not received any kind of response. AVOID THIS COMPANY.I expected a great experience but was very disappointed on a number of levels. I asked for the pool at our rental property to be cleaned and broken equipment replaced. This was done over a few visits. First visit was fine and I was promptly updated and paid the invoice via credit card over the phone. Then I never heard from them again, but saw an unauthorised transaction on my credit card. They stored my credit card details without my knowledge and then charged my credit card without my knowledge!!! This is obviously not allowed and just crazy!I then spoke with the tenants who said they never even cleaned the pool, so god knows what I ended up paying $800 odd for apart from a sand filter change, a couple of new hoses and a new brush! I sent another email asking why the pool wasn't cleaned and never heard back. Clark Rubber could offer a great service, but I am left annoyed and certainly cannot recommend them.

Disappointing customer service. When I asked if a square piece of foam could be cut (70cm x 70cm) at 4.38 pm, the assistant stated “it could if I wasn’t about to close”… I offered to return at a better time if he preferred - I was the only customer in the entire store. Glad he’s not in the medical profession.
