Unbelievable poor workmanship. Put my car in for a major bodywork detail quoted around $800. When i went to pick it up couldn't believe my eyes. Looked like the work experience kid spent 2 hours polishing it with a rag. Total rip off - was so upset just wanted to get out of there. They say they pride themselves on their workmanship, well this workmanship was poor.

What great service, although I was mucked around by my insurance company, these guys were professional and prompt with everything they did. I dropped off my van on Monday and the smash repairs were completed by Thurs arvo, unbelievable. Thoroughly recommended. Great job.

Came in for an insurance job they were so helpful and friendly. Taxi vouchers included with my policy were no dramas, offered to call me a cab was offered refreshments - the whole nine yards. By far and away the best panel shop I’ve been too.

Shame from the time I first went there to completion of job was almost 5 months after waitin to be booked in for an appraisal was a month. Then as it was due to get the work done I was told it would be delayed waiting for the main part. One thing I pasificly asked for never happened and they couldn’t fit the number plate on square so sorry I can’t give a good report

Brilliant service from these guys from start to finish.. very professional and transparent. Our company ute (Turbotech) went in for repair and Andrew and his team communicated with me throughout the entire process. My ute was ready for collection even earlier then promised and was fully detailed.

In my opinion I feel that with the volume of people requiring smash repair services it has made this business complacent with customer service. In the long run word of mouth is important for customers returning.

Highly recommend! Repairs were done to our back bumper that was in an accident, and when we received the car back, it looked brand spanking new! Effortless service. Felt like I didn't even lift a finger through the whole process from getting an initial quote, to getting the repair done. Well done team!

I have been to Plains Panel and Paint and I have to say this is an Excellent business and the staff are professional and polite and courteous and I will happily return for more work on my car if that's required. I had my electric window operating system on the passenger side door of my Hyundai i30 restored at Plains Panel and Paint and I made a great choice to get them to fix my car.

100% perfect. Firsty, it looks perfect, both resolution of the issue and it has been professionally cleaned in and outside. The rear end of my car was damaged in an accident causing the back not to be flush with the car, dents, paint cracks along with the cameras not working. Dropped off Tuesday back Friday morning!. What a wonderful drive home, the smell of new, shiny clean body, glossed tyres and the best team to deal with. Receptionist is beyond lovely and super helpful, she is a real gem and very easy to communicate with but all the staff here greet you with a smile. Highly recommend.

Andrew was delightful to deal with. He provided me with a range of solutions for my car and didn’t try push the most expensive option on me. He spent time explaining everything to me and even helped waterproof the damage so I could continue driving until the part arrived. Highly recommend this team.
