If only I could give 0 stars!! It has to be the worst massage I ever had. Don't know how they can charge people that expensive when clearly the so called masseur had absolutely no professional training at all. More like just rubbing oil on your skin. And the masseur finished in around 50 mins when it should be a 60 mins session. Please don't waste your money here you'll definitely regret it.

Very good massage. Seeing some negative reviews below. Previous staff issues are gone and I will definitely be back again. Reflexology on my foot with was very good. Good value for money compared to most.

We had a couple's massage and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The massage was outstanding. Both therapists checked in with us during the massage to check the pressure was to our liking (which it was). The centre was clean and quiet. We both left very relaxed. Thank you girls, we'll be back again.

Shuang was extremely professional and welcoming. She took the time to ask me about any specific areas of concern and made sure to address those areas during the massage. She also explained the massage technique and asked for feedback throughout the massage to ensure that the pressure and technique were just right for me. I will definitely be returning for another massage in the future.

Have to agree with the other low star reviews here, this was sadly the worst massage Ive ever experienced. I wish I’d read reviews but I was sore and wanted something at short notice, but it was terrible. There was almost no actual pressure, just lots of rubbing lotion around, and far too much head scratching (not relaxing) and light slapping/tapping, it honestly felt like someone who’s never given a massage before. As someone else said, she left the room for about 5 minutes with no explanation. Then started wiping me down for far too long which just served to waste time. And it was still less than 45 mins which I paid for. I don’t like to give bad feedback but I hope it can be taken as constructive criticism to improve the training and expertise.

One of the most amazing massages I ever had. Highly recommend to anyone. Easy parking and easy make a booking. Staff was veryfriendly and respectful.

Strongly recommended! My mum had pain on her back, brought her to Raticha Massage and spa to try the 45 minutes massage mainly focused on the back. After the remedial course, she felt her pain has been relieved and her muscles are no longer tensing up. Will definitely come back!!

I had one of the best massages ever here. Susan was outstanding. Gave me a 60 min amazing remedial massage. I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

This was the worst massage I've received. It was in a dank room on the side of an old house, with repetitive music and no ambiance. The lady was basically just rubbing oil into my skin, since there was no pressure at all. I asked for more pressure twice, which she obliged for all of 1 minute until going back to no pressure.The massage was very general in nature and I still felt very sore afterwards. It wasn't relaxing nor did it alleviate my soreness. What's the point?The masseuse kept walking around me to waste time, and at one point completely left the room (yes really).Not good!

Made a booking by text - to arrive in 10 mins (the time it takes to get from home to the shop).Just about to park at the shop and I got a text back saying they had another booking and mine was cancelled!
