Went and asked for a cut that was hung or aged.Yes I recieved a odd look at the start until we were on the same page...Purchased a 2.2kg of aged scotch fillet..Roasted on Charcoal 1.5 hrs .Simply the best I have ever had....thank you...Highly Recomended Butcher.
