I’m so disappointed, I paid $65 for brow lamination and threading. The threading was excellent but my brows were not laminated properly. When I left I thought they looked fantastic only to realise I had gel on my eyebrows and that’s what was giving them the shape. After 24hrs I washed the gel from my brows as it was flaking badly and it was like nothing had been done to my brows. My brows just looked normal, it was such a waste of money. I’ve had my brows laminated many times and never had this happen

EYELASH HORRORI called up and the lady on the phone booked me in and told me to come at 4:00pm, when I got there and told the lady working she became upset and made it very obvious. She then made me pay BEFORE I had my service $160… I started to feel not good about this because it’s a lot of money! She then did my eyelash extensions within 40 minutes and at this point I’m like what the hell, I’ve had lashes before they aren’t this quick to do and I’m embarrassed to be there knowing she doesn’t want me there and I’m like thanks an leave. She had glued massive patches of STRIP LASHES to my eyes and they were still fuming and burning on my way home in the car. I’ve never felt so bad to be in a salon receiving a service. I honestly feel robbed and scammed.As they fall out I’m left with big gaps. I’d rate it 0 stars but sadly that’s not an option.

i got my lashes tinted and permed and my brows shaped by sonya this morning and she was so kind and helpful!! they turned out lovely and im very very happy with them :))) would definitely recommend :)

Great experience. I came with no appointment and was accommodated immediately. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and within 30 minutes of leaving I had a compliment on my brows from the woman who served me at Priceline. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend this place. I have been getting my eyebrows and lashes done here for the past year and i have always had a great experience. Sonia is professional and friendly.

I had an amazing experience as Raj did my brows. She was really quick and done her job really well. Will definitely visit again for my brows.

NEVER GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!! This was the worst service of my entire life. I booked in for an appointment for a lash lift and tint but then when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I had to wait another 20 minutes before even getting a service. Then when we finally got started, the lady was talking on her phone while stabbing my eye, causing me nothing but pain. Then she continued to get the tint in my eye and when I told her about it she told me that it was fine even thought my eye felt like it was on fire. After the service she gave me no aftercare instructions or advice seemingly ignoring me. Overall I will never be going here again and I strongly suggest you don’t either. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted here. The waxing was okay, but she never even mapped out my eyebrow shape. Not happy at all with the tint. She left it on for like 5 minutes, doesn’t even look like they have been tinted! This is exactly why I choose to go to home salons! I don’t know how this place is still open.

A little overdue to write this review. Sonia has been amazing. I've seen her twice so far for facial, eyebrows and waxing. She has made me comfortable and done a great job. Having the right people who can provide great customer service and do a very good job as well goes a long way. Thank you Sonia!! I will see you again soon!
