Brought a used bike sight unseen and transported to Sydney all arranged and really competitively priced too. Couldn’t be happier-Max is such a nice guy and nothing is too much trouble. If you see a bike advertised- then don’t think twice about buying it from these guys. I have worked in the motor industry( cars) for 37 years and these guys are a standout in today’s society of customer service!Thanks Max!

The guys at Northern Performance were fantastic to deal with and super accommodating throughout a recent private motorcycle purchase I made from a seller in Cairns, whilst I am located in Brisbane.Not only did they squeeze the bike in for a thorough RWC inspection at rather short notice, but they also provided me with separate updates regarding the quality and condition of the bike to assist me in confidently making the purchase sight unseen. Further to this, the seller was scheduled to leave the country soon after the inspection and was unable to stay around long enough for the freight company to pickup the bike, so the guys at Northern Performance were accommodating enough to hold the bike in safe keeping in their workshop, until the freight company was able to pickup the following Monday.The teams communication was fantastic throughout and I can honestly say that without their involvement, I wouldn't have my dream bike being delivered tomorrow.Thanks Northern Performance Motorcycles. Keep up the great work. If I were living in Cairns, I would definitely be coming to you for all my bike sales and service needs.Cheers

Do not recommend. Took my bike in for a service and had brand new parts however they thought i wouldnt know this and charged me an extra $300 for new parts that were not even apart of a service. When i said hey hang on they were all new their reply was stutter after stutter, when i asked for the old parts they were conveniently lost. I was going to buy a new KTM in 1 month from them however not now, i will be going south to buy it. Very disappointing

I wish this place was in my hometown. Got new tyres fitted, new fork and dust seals fitted, brakes bled, pre-filters serviced and fixed a shield that had a bolt fall out on me. All done properly and in great time AND they washed the bike and greased linkages that they saw needed it at no extra cost. Brakes are the best they've ever been. Answered all my questions and threw in a handy tip about maintaining brakes too. And I'm very happy with the cost.

I highly recommend these guys.Just purchased and had a tyre fitted by them. Im very happy with their service and prices. Im one of those guys that struggles when leaving his bike in others hands. These guy made my day. Thank you Northern Performance Motorcycles.

I'd heard absolutely fantastic things about this workshop and Max sure has lived up to the reputation!Had an emergency regarding new tyres and Tubliss setups; I dropped in to see him, he dropped everything and sorted my rims out right away so I could ride the next day.Max has all my business from now on, it's about time Cairns got a decent motorcycle shop & mechanic! Thanks again mate, you've got a customer for life. I'd give more stars if I could!

Do all my own work on my bikes. Went to these guys for those jobs that I don't want to buy special tools for: carb tuning, adjusting valves etc. Quoted big money assuming potential problems. Charged me less than a third of that. Great follow-up service. VERY impressed with this mob. NEVER recommended a bike shop before after 40 years owning bikes.

Have used these guys a couple of times and would highly recommend them to anyone.Great service, competitive prices and super knowledgeable.I won't be going anywhere else to get my bike worked on.

So good to have a local moto repair shop where you can receive personalised service and advice.With a fully equipped workshop , Max breezed through my top and bottom end engine rebuild swiftly, while providing updates of progress along the way.Great spot to pick up a few part upgrades too while I was there, fitting them free of charge as well.10 outa 10 for price, service, communication, and attitude.Cheers mate,I’ll be spreading the good wordLuke
