Staff were friendly and inviting, parking was easy, going back next week.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I was seeing Roz years ago and popped back in today for another session as I am in Melbourne for a bit.She has such a calm, warming nature, non judgemental and I always feel so helped after I have seen her with clear steps in place moving forward. She really listens to you.I have always found the receptionists to be equally as welcoming.I would recommend VCPS anyone who is thinking of using their service.

I needed to get an urgent appointment with my psychologist. Wonderful , extremely helpful reception staff managed to contact my psychologist on her off day and arranged a phone conversation. I thank my psychologist also for her amazingly kind response. wonderful reception and psychologist.

There is one particular reception lady, who has short temper and awful. I wanted to double check the appointment I reserved online, she said don't do it that way, lots of troubles, that's wrong way to do. And today, I called to ask reception to put my bill through medicare, and I have submitted my relevant documents to VCPS multiple times before, she simply said I don't have the document on your profile, and yelled. It's the same lady, and I just don't remember her name.Also, I submitted the relevant document 3 times, and each time the team didn't tell me the document is invalid until I need the document to claim from medicare, and medicare said no.I like my current doctor, but not the reception team.

Helpful Intake team. Cheerful and wonderful reception. Very positive experience with the clinicians. Easy to get to from the city. Hours from 8-8 working for me.

Intake and reception teams are friendly, helpful, and prompt to respond to emails or online chat. Good experience so far with the psychologist I am currently seeing. Cozy and quiet environment, offices located away from the waiting areas so you won't be overheard during a session.One star off due to confusion about the fees I should be paying: I was initially told (on two separate occasions) that my sessions would be billed directly to my private insurance, but ended up having to pay an amount out of pocket. Then a couple weeks later, I was told that the fee I was paying previously was also wrong and has now been adjusted $30 higher, which is also out-of-pocket.

if you can go anywhere else, do it. The doctor might be good, but in the last 2-3 years the number of negative experiences I had with the front desk staff makes it not worth it seeing a doctor in this clinic. Not to say they are all bad, some of them were polite.My experience:- A high booking fee while having to spend a while on the phone to make an appointment.- Being placed on a waiting list for an appointment, paying a booking fee, and when they offered an earlier booking, I had to pay $40 booking fee again. (So $80 just so see my doctor!) Then they didn't cancel the later date appointment, and I got a fine for late cancel!- Mistakes being made where my credit card got a full charge twice for appointments but then it takes over a week for the money to be reimbursed.- Mistakes were made where important prescriptions were delayed by front office to be sent for a few days so I had a long time without important meds- Rude and non empathetic.You will have to jump through loops to get the bare minimum.

I have been coming here since 2012 - seeing Leonie Hehir. She has always treated me with compassion, dignity and respect and has helped me to immensely improve my mental health and my life

Roz Batty is a truly wonderful psychologist, and I am so thankful that my Dr recommended I see her. She helped me in ways I didn't even realise I needed, and I felt like a new person after my 7 sessions with her. She is so supportive, and caring, and kind, and I am so grateful to her and to have her in my corner.

Reception customer service is awful. Absolutely no understanding of how to talk to people struggling with mental health issues and talk to you like you’re a child. Avoid!!!!!!
