Booked flights for my cat and labrador from Perth to Sydney, including a pick up from Perth to the airport. We booked a flight but when we received the itinerary it was for a different flight. The weekend staff was not the most helpful, but we called again on Monday and they sorted it out easily. Their flight was at midnight so the manager kindly went and picked up our pets after the usual pick-up hours which was extremely helpful. Our pets arrived happily in Sydney and it was pretty stress free on our part. Would definitely recommend Jetpets!! Thank you for taking care of our little ones.

i own a beautiful burmese cat called lady,my experience with this company was the worst nightmare ever.my sixteen year old cat was put on an aircraft to fly from sydney to new zealand with a badly infected ear after boarding with jetpets for two months,three and a half thousand dollars later and mircroscopic evidence later,this so called animal friendly company refuses to take responsibllity.A TOTAL RATBAG COMPANY THAT ABUSED A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY.WOULD NEVER RECOMMMEND TO ANYONE THAT LOVES THERE PET,BE AFRAID,BE VERY AFRAID.

We had fantastic service from Jetpets. It was a stressful experience for us to be sending our 2 cats from Sydney to Singapore however the team at Jetpets did an excellent job at ensuring our cats were as comfortable as possible and that the process was as efficient as possible. We dealt with Rachael who was absolutely lovely and very well informed on the processes, everything was followed through and all communication was received in a timely manner. The cats arrived a little bit unsettled which is only natural but they were fine after some food and a bit of a sleep - we are really happy with the outcome.

Absolutely disgraceful - the flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and no-one called me to let me know, ending up wasting hours of my time, which could have been avoiding by way of a simple call or email.When I asked for a 'please explain' they told me that it wasn't their fault and to move along.Do not recommend.

Not only were they up to $200 cheaper then other quotes I got, they were very easy to deal with both via email and phone and they responded to my initial enquiry quickly. My new dog arrived safe.When I rang and asked about the difference in price between the online quote and the formal quote they sent me, she told me it was to do with crate size, we negotiated a smaller crate as our new dog didnt require the size they had put down and this came in cheaper ($80 altogether) then the formal quote I got. They were more then pleased to assit me.I recommend you call them and speak with them, to confirm price and appropriate crate size.I was not charged extra to change the name of the person picking up - but I did advise them either myself or my husband would be picking up when I made the booking. They just advised me to call them prior to the flight and confirm who the person was.
