Shell Coles Express Calamvale

Old lady who works on 14/7/2022 at 5:50pm was very rude and angry. Pathetic service.cannot give below 1 star otherwise i will do. She don’t deserve even 1 star

Place is well cared for, clean environment, friendly staff and they have majority of the essentials and woukd definitely be going here again

As per normal at every Shell Coles run out of coffee cups and broken down machines and messy coffee area.

I don't usually get petrol from here, but I have used this station to hire one of the Select Utes that are available from this store. The staff are always professional with regards to the hire and the process is easy and hassle free.

Over priced fuel. Constantly jacking prices 50 cent jump in one day is a joke, it's reflection of the company. Staff are always happy to serve.

My sister and I have both had very awful interactions on separate occasions with an older lady working behind the counter. This is not the first time she’s been awful to myself. Makes the company look bad. Rude and disrespectful.

Awful experience as another customer has written old lady was rude and very disrespectful to my 12 year old daughter she bought a glass coke bottle and it was( slimy/ had liquid on it )and it slipped out of her hands she cut herself in multiple places and old grumpy lady showed no remourse or kindness even seeing the girl upset said don't think your getting another free coke now, I rang her when I found out and she said she didn't care and hung up on me.... disgusting makes Coles look bad , myself and my father on another 2 occasions have had bad dealings with her if your that rude and disrespectful don't work where you make another company look bad.

Absolutely horrible staff! Specially the manager lady. Had to call the cops on them the last time I was there (25th December 2020). I have no clue as to how these people get to keep their jobs serving customers in the way they do. I would rather go without gas than going in there. Will be avoiding the Coles brand going forward.

Weird thing is that they dont' have coles myers gift cards available here for purchase. Comparatively less selection of food items here

Very nice and close to home and you can get the essential here and a bit more.
