Pharmacists at this store have terrible communication skills. They dispensed the wrong medication. I called to explain and they informed me they would look into the matter and call me back. However, they failed to call me back, so I was required to chase them when they made the error. I am concerned about customers who may have a disability/be aged or frail and depend on professionals to communicate effectively.

I truly hope that they can improve on attending to the needs of their customers. I was about to take my covid shot with GPs approval that I need novavx as I have pre existing condition and severe skin allergies. The pharmacist told me to not get it as it is not effective and that I can just take Moderna or Pfizer. She could have walk me through the vaccines and why would she disregard a gp’s consent? As someone who had bad experience with vaccines, I think it is not rightful to be very rude to patients specially if they have gp’s consent to take something. I don’t know her grounds to say something is not effective but hopefully this can be a lesson to the management of the pharmacy that some people are very reliant on specialists and gp’s decision. As I see it, if you want to overrule doctor’s referrals without even knowing someone’s history, that clearly shows how unethical your work is.

This really is the most helpful chemist in the area. Big kudos to the staff who always tries to take your issues seriously. It's great to have some knowledgeable staff in the vicinity.

Always out of stock. Third and last time I'm coming here. First time, they were rude and dismissive. Second time, the messed up my medication. When I told them of the error, they were rude, belittling and condescending. Third time, out of stock with medication, but always has the more expensive medication and told me no where else sells the cheaper one but them. I wanted to get better quick and bought it since this place is the closest pharmacy and I'm in pain. Never again.

A good local pharmacy, happy with the service.

Don‘t come here if you need a JP service. We got told to come back on a specific day for 5 different times. On the fifth time of this happening, we were told to come back again. We then questioned why we have to come back on another day again. She took issue with that question and informed us that she was the JP and now won’t be assisting us on any day as it is a “free service and you should be grateful” her words.

A good local pharmacy, with a good range of products. What's really good about thus place is that it's an actual pharmacy, not a store half taken up by cosmetics and perfume. Prices are entirely reasonable. Customer service is good. Waiting times for prescriptions are pretty short, although you might face the occasional delay. All up, this is a valued local pharmacy and we'll worth your business.

Convenient local pharmacy with good collect ion of medicines at a reasonable price. Pharmacists knowledge also met expectations.
