I had the pleasure to work with Alejandro Chen of Realtisan Chatswood to purchase my first apartment. Ale was very helpful from start to the completion of the complex process of purchasing a home. When I was trying to make a decision, he was very helpful in providing insight on what to consider when buying a home but at the same time very sensitive to figure out my very own preferences. During the purchase process, Ale was on top of the issues that arose between me and the developer - making sure both parties understood the topics laid out over the negotiations on hand. After the purchase, Ale was very supportive liaising between me and the developer for the defects reported and getting these issues across to be resolved.I am very grateful for Ale’s value added way of taking care of his clients. He made me feel that he is a friend and I am very happy for his friendship as well. I am now settled in my new home, though with little issues here and there but I do not worry too much as I am at peace that they’ll get resolved soon enough.Thank you Ale for the short chat you initiated when I was walking past that apartment building on that Saturday morning.
