I have always had severe anxiety when ever I walked into a dentist which made the process even that much more unbearable, ever since I walked into Dental Excellence I have never looked back! Dr. Fred and his team make you feel at home and he walks you through every single step of the way which I found very helpful and reassuring. After neglecting my teeth for many years i have finally made the choice to fix up and look after my teeth and was referred here. As someone who has terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work i have found all of the staff here to be amazing to deal with and i feel much more at ease than i thought i would have. Dr.Ivan is a top notch dentist and taken an amazing approach to tackling the mammoth task of restoring my horrendous teeth back to good health but also managing my anxiety. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the best treatment options and i have felt at ease knowing that a true expert is taking care of me. My teeth are improving quickly and I always end up walking out of my visits there with a smile - something i never thought i would be able to say. Even reception and the assistants all provide amazing customer service, over all i can highly recommend without a doubt!

Great practice with very friendly and professional staff. Dr Hema is very gentle and thorough with her work and makes coming to the dentist a pleasant experience! Can't recommend this place enough especially for the flexible weekend hours.

The best dentist experience I've ever had. I turned up at Maven after a long time of not visiting a dentist and it was absolutely not as scary as I remembered. Dr Tharani was a big part of that, she was so kind and gentle, constantly checking in on her anxious patient to make sure I was ok. She explained things to me, taking away some of the mysticism around dentistry that I think makes it scary. The dentists assistant was friendly, as was the receptionist and it was altogether a very positive experience. Thank you all.

I've been going to this practice for years and, without doubt, it's the best I've ever been to. I hate going to the dentist but today I had the most amazing experience! Two expert dentists Dr Charles Xu and Dr Sam Guirguis working together made me feel like I had the very best of attention. They worked as a team giving me peace of mind and total confidence in the treatment.I am one of those people that grind and clinch their teeth and had cracked a perfectly good tooth that became infected and extremely painful with extraction the only choice.Dr Charles took my tooth out and Dr Sam completed by filing the space for me with a temporary crown.All of this was achieved without pain and quickly!!I was so impressed that I am not hesitating to go back to see Dr Charles for an implant and follow up with bite correction orthodontic treatment by Dr Sam. I am now completely confident with a dental team I can trust and I am actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Dr Ivan at Maven Dental Castle Hill is the best dentist I have ever been to. Why? Two reasons. Firstly, he doesn't hurt. I had a lot of dental work done prior to seeing Dr Ivan and as a result was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Having seen Dr Ivan, I'm now fine. It's amazing. Secondly, he has great diagnostic skills and refers me to other professionals whenever necessary. Dr Ivan has very up to date technology. The staff members at Maven Dental Castle are also extremely professional and knowledgeable. If anyone asks me if I know a good dentist, I always refer them to Maven Dental Castle Hill and especially to Dr Ivan.

I have to say that I have been nothing short of disappointed every time i went in for my dentist appoint ever since Dental Excellence was bought out by Maven Dental. It was almost immediately apparent that the big player" was here to make money and not to take care of the patients. Prices immediately changed with extra charges shoved onto the final bill without even consulting you first.It is important to note that I am someone who has spent thousands upon thousands on my teeth and I spare nothing when it comes to my teeth so I am not tight with my money
